The error writeup equation (1.3) will get you to the result. Easier is equation (1.1): what is the constant factor "a" in (1.1) in your case, where d=D/N ?

Ah nevermind, I just had to see a different definition of absolute error to get it.
I am still having trouble with this one, does anyone have any ideas on where to start besides the hints given for which equations to use? I am stuck.
