Check through your calculations; you may have made a rounding error or used the wrong number of significant figures.

0.6 m is the height of the submerged part of the barge. What is volume in terms of area and the height. Find a formula in terms of the height rthaer than volume. Then apply the density for the fresh water using same equation to find the submerged height in fresh water.
