Did P = Patm + Density(Mercury)*g*(.1m) for height difference of 10 cm's... got 110000 and it's wrong?

Converted Patm to Pa of 101325, and used g for 9.8 and density of mercury of 13600 kg/m^2

try subtracting Density(Mercury)*g*(.1m) from Patm

Is pressure inside the box higher than atmospheric pressure? If yes what makes mercury to raise?
