Welcome to PHY 121 Blog Help. Here's how it works. For each homework question and lab report we will make a post, this will probably contain a few tips on what the problems are about and how to solve them. I am using Q=mcdeltaT and solving for c I am converting my temperature into kelvin and my grams to kg. 280 grams= .280 kg
temp +273= Kelvin I am using the measurements from the part of the graph where the first non horizontal slope is. I do not understand what I am doing wrong
for the first one, use Q=mcdeltaT
and keep in mind that temp is the vertical axis and the Q is in kJ on the horizontal axis.
You don't really need to convert temp. since it's the difference.
