Use equation for ideal gas

I am using the ideal gas law with the pressure as 1atm, volume as 1L (5% of 5L), Temperature as 310.15 and R as 8.3145. I get a number for the number of moles and multiply it by 2 since Oxygen is O2. I am not getting the right answer. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

When using 8.314 as your R constant, you have to give Volume in m^3. 5 liters = 0.005 m^3.

If you want to use liters, you must use 0.08206 for your R value.
